Christmas Fare.

We will be planning some Christmas Fares closer to December course and weather permitting.

 

Course Update. 

Due to constant torrential rain over the last three weeks, the course has been closed intermittingly for play.  Hopefully later next week 24^th.^th. onwards there will be competitions and great results.

 

50/50 Draw.

21^st Nov. Nov. After consistant heavy rain, following a course inspection and a review of the forecast it is felt that there is no likelihood of a Seniors competition this Thursday 24^th. November, if there is an change we will keep you informed

Winter League.

As promised there has been a review regarding the Winter League and taking into account the state of the course and the weather forecast the Competition Committee has decided to cancel the 2022 Winter League.  We will be planning some Christmas Fares closer to December course and weather permitting.

Cancer Awareness “’Play in Pink’ 

Lady Captain Mary Hogan on behalf of the ladies committee, presented funds raised for Breast Cancer Ireland ‘Play in Pink’ week £1,255, a testament of the club generosity . A sincere thanks to all of you who supported this very worthy cause.

 

Winter League.

Reminder:- the competition committee has deferred the start of the Winter League. Further review will be made on Tuesday 8th November.  Please have your names in no later than 5pm On that day. Names can be submitted on this WhatsApp group or for those that prefer old school on the sheet on the notice board in the locker room at the clubhouse.

27^th. Oct. On a day where the 8 teams cheated the weather for a grand morning’s golf and the scores reflected this. 1’st. with 56 points, Paddy Fogarty, Pat O’Connell, Jim Casey and Seamus Ryan. 2’nd. With 55 points, John Kirwan, Liam Daly and Les Mason.  3^rd with 53 points Sean Cashman, Tom Kennedy, Phil Ryan and Michael Healy. Good shooting all.

 

Ladies Golf; 

25^th.^th. Oct. 18hole Stableford.  1st. Niamh Connolly 35pts. 2^nd. Mary Ryan 34 Pts..  3^rd. Bridger Gleeson 31pts.
